I've been following Alli for a few years now on YouTube and Instagram. She is a lover of all things vintage and follows a beautifully, minimalistic lifestyle. She's one of the most talented YouTubers I've come across and I love her visual take on everything she touches! Plus, she's extremely kind. Go give her a follow now!
Upon my recent discovery of Joyous Health by Joy McCarthy (who is a Holistic Nutritionist in Canada), I found my love for dry brushing. It is a GAME changer and I am obsessed. Everyone needs to be doing this! It's incredibly detoxing, it sheds off all the dead skin cells (we lose 30,000+ every minute!) and leaves your skin feeling amazing and invigorated. It is also amazing for minimizing any pesky cellulite. I'd know because I've been using it about two weeks (along with eating clean) and my thighs & hips are looking and feeling totally different! I snagged mine at Central Market for $14.00 but you can find them online or at your local health food store.
I've already gushed about my new cuff I snagged at Flea Style last weekend - but guys. I am in love. They will stamp whatever you want! I'll for sure be purchasing more in my future. Plus, a couple boss babes run the company. I mean hello, #yesqueens.
About a month ago I fell fiercely in love with listening to podcasts on Spotify in the car on my way to and from work. I stumbled upon Joy McCarthy's interview on The Ultimate Health Podcast and have been hooked ever since. They interview so many incredible people in the health world. So many different, interesting points of view and all very unbiased. I'd recommend you give Joy's episodes a listen and just tell me you don't fall in love with learning about how to take care of your body with nutrition! I'm excited to keep listing to their over 100 other interviews discussing health and more.
Happy Good Friday to you! Hope everyone has a Wonderful Easter Spent with loved ones!
I'm Alyssa, thanks for stopping by! A few things: I enjoy laughing, making youtube videos and thrift shopping. Currently listening to "Last Night" by The Strokes. I like my coffee black and my preferred method of maxin' & relaxin' is with my husband and pup.
